A Mother’s Journey

“A mother’s love for her child is like nothing else in the world. It knows no law, no pity; it dares all things and crushes down remorselessly all that stands in its path.”~Agatha Christie

Being a parent is a gift from God and should be a life well spent, not a burden. Can you remember a time when your parents told you how special you were? Didn’t it make you feel good? Well, it’s the same for your sons.   When they think of their mother, you want it to be good thoughts and memories. I’m not saying everything has to be perfect, but there should be good memories that appear before the hard times. My mother disciplined us all, but I still have great memories growing up in my home as a child and love when I am able to go back. (Taken from Book Letters to Our Sons)

Take time out to write your son a letter this mother’s day to let them know how much you care and remind them that God has a great purpose for them.  In the next couple of weeks I will be featuring more mothers and their sons so stay connected with us on FACEBOOK AND TWITTER.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE FEATURED PLEASE EMAIL Letterstooursonsbook@gmail.com

I was sitting and thinking about Mother’s day that is coming up in a couple of weeks and wanted to send a big thank you out to all the mother’s that shared their story or letter in the book LETTERS TO OUR SONS.   See a few of them in the pictures below. Mother’s from all around the world shared their stories or letters.
